- Is not an interruption of work, They are the purpose of it
- Is part of our Business, Not an Outsider
- Is not someone to argue or match wits with
- Is deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can
give them
- Is the Lifeblood of this and every other business
Take care of your customers, or someone else will.....
