Commission Structure:
You receive 30% personal profit on sales of all items in the Silpada Designs Collection. In addition, when you build and support your own Silpada sales team, you will have an opportunity to earn override commissions on their sales achievements. Can you earn your kit?
You cannot earn your Kit with Silpada Designs. However, we have a Fast Start Program where you are able to qualify for up to $3,000 in free jewellery based on your sales alone during your first 100 days in business. As your sales accrue, so do your free jewellery rewards! Rewards are immediate—every time you achieve a reward level, you’ll be awarded a $500 free jewellery certificate. There’s no limit to the free jewellery rewards you can receive for recruiting during your Fast Start Period. The more qualified Recruits, the more free jewellery you receive!

Can you earn trips, vehicles, etc?
There are monthly opportunities to earn free jewellery, an annual incentive trip on offer for you and a guest, as well as, various opportunities and incentives for you to earn prizes such as, exclusively designed jewellery, cash, and special trips.
