Commission Structure:
You receive 30% personal profit on sales of all items in the Silpada Designs Collection. In addition, when you build and support your own Silpada sales team, you will have an opportunity to earn override commissions on their sales achievements. Can you earn your kit?
You cannot earn your Kit with Silpada Designs. However, we have a Fast Start Program where you are able to qualify for up to $3,000 in free jewelry based on your sales alone during your 1st 100 days in business. As your sales accrue, so do your free jewelry rewards! Rewards are immediate—every time you achieve a reward level, you’ll be awarded a $500 free jewelry certificate. There’s no limit to the free jewelry rewards you can receive for recruiting during your Fast Start Period. The more qualified Recruits, the more free jewelry you receive!

Can you earn trips, vehicles, etc?
