1/4 sup thick & chunky salsa
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp pitted black olives
Place the unwrapped block of cream
cheese on microwaveable plate; top with salsa, shredded cheese and
olives.
Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds to 1 minute
or until cheddar cheese is melted; sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve with choice of crackers.
(makes 12 servings, 2 tbsp each)
this can be mad in advance, cover tightly and refrigerate until
needed and then microwave.
