1 can Crescent Rolls
1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice...I use
Jack and Mozzarella)
1 cup sliced (cooked) Canadian bacon
1 small can of pineapple tidbits drained
(reserve juice)
1 Tab. brown sugar
Roll out dough onto a greased or sprayed
cookie sheet. Mix 1/4 cup of juice and the brown sugar. Brush over dough
liberally. Sprinkle dough with cheese. Add bacon and pineapple. Roll
dough into a log. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
Let it sit for about 5 minutes and slice.
